Whether you’re looking for a wine tasting experience, theatre tickets or private surf lessons, all you need to do is contact our team and we’ll be happy to take care of the bookings for you.

We’re also on hand to arrange practical details, including taxi reservations, babysitters and additional housekeeping.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit of the booking cost.
The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to the booking commencement date.

Age restriction for booking: Holiday bookings must be made by person aged 21 or over.

Transactions: We use Stripe, which accepts most credit and debit cards and is quick, easy and secure. Alternatively, we accept BACS bank transfer. Invoices will be issued via your preferred email address.

We want you to look forward to your family holiday, not dread how much “stuff” you’ll need to bring for the little ones.
So… we can provide travel cots, full size cots with sprung mattresses, nightlights, baby monitors, stair gates, high chairs, booster steps, toilet training seats, bath seats, toys and more. We can even hire pushchairs for you!
When you make a booking, please request which items you would like and they will be ready at the property for your arrival.
We work closely with the local hospitality industry, so whether you need catering, flowers, dinner reservations or transport, we can help you make the event even more memorable.
The standard check in time is usually 4:30pm.
We ask that all guests observe the agreed check in time to allow our hard-working team of housekeepers to complete their work uninterrupted.

Out housekeeping team are normally finished before 4:30 and as soon as they are you will be contacted to say you are welcome to arrive early. 
Your digital welcome pack will outline the features and facilities specific to the home you select.
Here’s what you can expect:
  • A generous welcome hamper, brimming with local produce, including milk, coffee, tea, cream tea, and lots of extra goodies
  • Fresh, white bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and, in some properties, beach towels.
  • Toilet rolls, kitchen paper, spray cleaners and aromatic toiletries (from our favourite ethical companies). As well as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, tea towels, oven mits and tin foil.
  • Full complement of cutlery, crockery, serving dishes,  pans, pots and utensils.
 
If there is anything you need specifically… oyster shucks, kebab skewers, chopsticks… just let us know!
